No Stranger to BricsCAD
May 2016, it all started when a former Autodesk colleague asked us to download BricsCAD and let him know what we thought of software. At this point we had never heard of BricsCAD. It took about a week to start using it and we were completely surprised.
BricsCAD “Rocks”
We open 11 DWGs at the same time and BricsCAD had no issues. All our data was there, Layers, Line Types, Fonts, etc...our LISP routines loaded and worked, with no modifications. We could not make BricsCAD crash.
After analyzing the performance of BricsCAD we concluded that it "Rocks" - with zero loss of functionality and significant savings over the cost of AutoCAD, the decision to convert was an easy one!
Fast Forward “ACAD 2 BCAD”
